Josh founded Pathfinder Recruitment back in 2015 with the view to deliver personalised talent solutions to his clients with a strong emphasis on candidate and client satisfaction. 

He has been working in the recruitment industry for the past 15+ years providing contract and permanent recruitment solutions within the IT / Digital sectors, partnering with SME’s and Enterprise scaling businesses nationally across a variety of industries. 

NAOMI BAKER 

National Director

Naomi joined Pathfinder Recruitment to start up the Business -Marketing Operations and Finance division. She is a dedicated recruitment leader who has a proven track record of delivering results for her clients by taking the time to understand their hiring needs. Naomi prides herself on being able to provide effective temporary and permanent recruitment solutions in a short time-frame. 

Naomi has been supporting the career moves of office professionals since 2007, having worked at 2 global agencies. Naomi is passionate about placing qualified and ambitious professionals with her clients.

LAILA BILLINGS

Associate Director

Laila specialises in Business Services within Public Practice recruitment, partnering with professionals from Undergraduate level right through to Partner. In addition to Business Services, Laila also recruits across Insolvency, Corporate Finance, SMSF, Corporate Tax and Audit, giving her a broad and well-connected view of the professional practice landscape.


With a strong network and a love for the fast-paced nature of recruitment, Laila is excited to be back supporting businesses and reconnecting with professionals across her market.

Freya has been working in tech recruitment for the last 10+ years, matching up IT’s best talent with a number of fantastic clients on some truly exciting journeys. 

Freya has worked with great candidates and presented them to some of the largest and most well-known clients across the IT landscape whilst in recruitment. Since joining Pathfinder Recruitment in 2020, she has focused on both permanent and contract roles across all areas of ICT and ensured the best person for the opportunity is found.
