About the Role 

As a Systems Engineer, you'll provide Level 2-3 technical support to business clients, ensuring their IT environments remain secure, reliable, and high-performing. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, implement new technologies, and work closely with clients to deliver outstanding service. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, remote access, and onsite visits. 
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity issues. 
  • Support and manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Windows Server, and desktop environments. 
  • Assist with implementing new infrastructure, cloud solutions, and network services. 
  • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. 
  • Accurately record and manage support requests using a ticketing system. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects and exceptional customer outcomes. 
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices. 
Key Skills 

You'll be a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys solving technical challenges and building strong relationships with clients. 
  • 3+ years' experience in a Level 2 or Level 3 support role within a Managed Service Provider (MSP). 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft and cloud technologies. 
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Windows Server, and networking. 
  • Exposure to cybersecurity solutions and best practices. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.
