Systems Engineer - Level 3

Pathfinder Recruitment are excited to bring to market a great opportunity for a Senior Level 3 Engineer to join a Melbourne based Managed Services Provider (MSP). You'll be instrumental in providing senior IT support and aligning IT with business goals. This role entails delivering technical support, performing pre-sales, and ensuring seamless IT operations. 


  Key Responsibilities  

• Respond promptly to tickets, ensuring adherence to client SLAs. 
• Provide Level 3 onsite and remote support. 
• Create, update, and maintain user documentation. 
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach while guiding and mentoring to peers and junior team members. 
• Assisting the sales team with Pre-sales across Cyber Security and Saas Security Solutions. 
• Demonstrate excellent time management by planning and tracking tasks effectively. 
• Manage external manufactures, vendors and service suppliers.
• Demonstrate commitment to learning and taking on new responsibilities. 

• Previous experience in a Level 3 support role. 
• 3+ years of MSP experience. 
• Proficiency in Networks: LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Gateways, Switching etc.
• Experience configuring relevant security solutions
• Strong understanding in Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure. 
• Knowledge in Cybersecurity Solutions 
• Experience of Windows Server administration, networking, or vitalisation technologies. 

• Own car and licence.
