We are seeking a Sales Consultant/ Customer Service Representative to become the first point of contact for customers requiring specialist service support. In this role, you will guide customers through the entire service process, manage enquiries, prepare quotes and invoices, coordinate jobs with internal teams, and build strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate customer cases from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and invoices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Coordinate logistics, courier bookings, and job allocation.
- Assist with customer feedback, reviews, and marketing activities.
- Provide administrative and reporting support to the wider team.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Technology or IT industry experience is highly regarded.
