About the role:
This is fantastic opportunity for someone who l wants to be a right-hand person to the Director/Owner of the business. We are searching for a candidate who is pro-active and likes to show initiative.
You will be a people person that enjoys liaising on all levels and someone who wants to be a 2IC and 'go to' for the Director/Owner.
You will be required to:
- Provide support to the Director
- Email management
- Transcribe from Dictaphone to emails
- Planning events
- File management, setting up effective sharing across a network
- Front of house including calls
- Manage, monitor and reconcile expenses
- Personal administration
About you:
- Previous PA/EA experience to help scope out the role
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective working relationships at all levels
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience using a Dictaphone
- Utmost integrity, discretion, and confidentiality with experience dealing with highly sensitive information
- Exceptional planning, organising, time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
