About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take full ownership of the brand's marketing direction — from strategy through to execution. You'll oversee brand management, campaign development, product marketing, CRM, creative, and digital , ensuring a consistent and impactful national presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the national marketing calendar and integrated campaign strategy.
- Building and protecting brand equity while driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensuring all marketing activity is data-driven and commercially aligned.
- Managing budgets and reporting on marketing ROI and performance metrics.
- Leading and mentoring a talented marketing team.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and agencies to bring strategic ideas to life.
You're a seasoned marketing professional with a strong strategic mindset and a passion for brand building in fast-paced, consumer-driven industries. You understand how to translate insight into action — combining creativity with commercial rigour.
You'll bring:
- 8+ years' experience in marketing leadership , ideally within QSR, FMCG, or multi-site retail .
- Proven experience developing and executing brand and campaign strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L management experience.
- Expertise in CRM, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style that thrives in dynamic environments.
