About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused IT Support Technician to deliver Level 1 Service Desk support, this is a great opportunity to build technical and customer service skills in a supportive, high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve Level 1 support tickets across a range of technologies
  • Deliver remote (and occasional onsite) support to clients
  • Work with cloud and on-premise environments: Microsoft 365, Networking, AD, and security platforms
  • Document solutions, contribute to process improvement, and develop troubleshooting skills

About You
  • Previous Managed Services experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A genuine passion for technology and a willingness to learn
