About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused IT Support Technician to deliver Level 1 Service Desk support, this is a great opportunity to build technical and customer service skills in a supportive, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve Level 1 support tickets across a range of technologies
- Deliver remote (and occasional onsite) support to clients
- Work with cloud and on-premise environments: Microsoft 365, Networking, AD, and security platforms
- Document solutions, contribute to process improvement, and develop troubleshooting skills
About You
- Previous Managed Services experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A genuine passion for technology and a willingness to learn
