Are you an experienced operations leader who thrives on driving performance, developing high-performing teams, and creating exceptional customer experiences?

We're partnering with a growing national QSR brand seeking a commercially minded Head of Operations to lead a portfolio of stores across Australia. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to make an impact, influence strategy, and elevate operational performance across a large multi-site network.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading operational excellence across your portfolio, ensuring stores consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences, strong financial results, and engaged, high-performing teams.
You'll be a visible leader who enjoys being in the field, coaching leaders, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving accountability throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Operations and Area Managers
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance across the network
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and results
  • Partner with franchisees and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and implement operational improvements and best practices
  • Analyse performance metrics and develop action plans to improve outcomes
  • Support new store openings, business growth initiatives, and strategic projects
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety, and operational procedures
About You
  • Proven experience leading multi-site operations within QSR, retail, hospitality, or franchise environments
  • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing successful teams
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of P&L management
  • Results-driven with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and passionate about operational excellence
