Are you an experienced franchising or leasing professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects and building strong stakeholder relationships?
We're partnering with a well-established national franchise organisation to recruit a Franchising & Leasing Specialist to support the continued growth of its expanding network.

Working closely with the Head of Development, you'll play a pivotal role in franchise onboarding, leasing coordination and new site development, ensuring projects progress smoothly from approval through to opening.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work across legal, property, operations and development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership and seeing projects come to life.

What you'll be doing
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new franchise partners from approval through to operational handover.
  • Prepare and manage franchise agreements, disclosure documents and associated legal documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct and internal governance requirements.
  • Coordinate leasing administration, renewals and documentation across the national network.
  • Liaise with landlords, leasing agents, lawyers and franchise partners.
  • Support new site development by coordinating meetings, timelines and project milestones.
  • Prepare reports, maintain databases and ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while delivering an outstanding franchise experience.
About you

You'll be highly organised, commercially minded and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You'll also bring:
  • Experience in franchising, leasing, retail property or a similar environment.
  • An understanding of the Franchising Code of Conduct and franchise documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Confidence working with legal documentation, compliance requirements and database systems.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously.
