  • A varied role where you'll be an integral part of a collaborative team.
We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things organised and loves being part of a busy, supportive team.

This is a broad role combining executive support, office coordination, events and administration . You'll work closely with the CEO, Chair and wider team, providing essential support across the business and helping keep everything running smoothly.

The role is primarily working from home, with one day per week in the Sydney CBD office , offering the flexibility of remote working while still providing regular face-to-face time with the team.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing administrative and executive support to the CEO and Chair
  • Managing calendars, meetings and meeting logistics
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Supporting events and strategy days
  • Preparing reports, documents and meeting papers
  • Taking and distributing meeting minutes
  • Coordinating communications on behalf of the CEO and wider team
  • Supporting expenses, accounts payable, payroll and credit card reconciliations
  • Coordinating office requirements across multiple locations
  • Maintaining the asset register and assisting with annual insurance renewals
  • Supporting HR administration and wider team initiatives
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders and external contacts
  • Assisting the team with ad hoc projects and priorities
About you

You'll be an experienced EA, Office Manager, Team Assistant or Business Support professional who enjoys a varied role and working collaboratively with others.
You'll bring:
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience supporting senior executives
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A positive, professional and personable approach
  • A genuine team-first mindset
  • The ability to work independently while remaining closely connected to the wider team
