Are you an experienced Public Practice Administrator looking for a firm where you're genuinely valued?

We're partnering with a well-established and growing accounting firm in Sydney CBD that prides itself on looking after both its clients and its people.

This is one of those rare opportunities where you'll join a supportive, down-to-earth team, work closely with experienced Partners, and become an integral part of the practice.

If you've worked in an Australian accounting firm and enjoy keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
As the Client Services Coordinator, you'll be the central point of contact for the practice, ensuring the administration, compliance and client service functions run seamlessly.

You'll work across the entire client lifecycle—from onboarding clients through to ASIC compliance, ATO lodgements, billing and supporting the wider accounting team.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership and being the "go-to" person within the office.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage client onboarding and documentation
  • Prepare ASIC company registrations and corporate secretarial documents
  • Process ASIC annual reviews and company changes
  • Coordinate ATO lodgements and compliance deadlines
  • Prepare engagement letters and client correspondence
  • Manage workflow administration
  • Billing, invoicing and debtor management
  • Support the Partners and Accountants with administration
  • Maintain client records across multiple systems
  • Assist with general office coordination
  • Provide exceptional client service to business clients
About You

You'll ideally bring:
  • Previous experience working within an Australian Public Practice Accounting firm
  • Strong knowledge of ASIC Corporate Secretarial processes
  • Experience with ATO lodgements
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Experience with billing and invoicing
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise competing deadlines
  • A proactive, team-first attitude
Experience with any of the following would be highly regarded:
  • XPM
  • Xero
  • Class
  • BGL
  • Now Infinity
  • MYOB AE
  • APS
Why You'll Love It
  • Sydney CBD location
  • Supportive Partners who genuinely value their team
  • Friendly, collaborative culture
  • Stable and successful accounting practice
  • Long-term career opportunity
  • Modern offices
  • Social team environment
  • Competitive salary package
  • Work-life balance
If you're looking to join a firm where your contribution is recognised and you'll become an important part of the business, not just another employee—we'd love to hear from you.
