The Role:
Pathfinder Recruitment looking for a motivated and authentic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clients reach across NSW and into Victoria. If you're excited by the idea of shaping your own role, building a sales engine from scratch, and making a real impact—you’ll love it here.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect, engage, and onboard new clients—starting in NSW, expanding into VIC.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through creative outreach and targeted engagement.
- Run product demos and guide prospects into their workflow.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows (travel required).
- Act as a trusted partner to clients—providing support, gathering feedback, and building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the founder and dev team to fine-tune messaging, processes, and go-to-market strategies.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in sales or business development—ideally in SaaS, legaltech, or professional services.
- Understanding of property law or conveyancing—a background in legal practice is a big plus.
- Confidence using CRM tools (we use Zoho, but any CRM experience helps).
- A tech-forward mindset—you enjoy learning new tools and explaining them clearly.
- High emotional intelligence—you’re a people person who builds trust fast.
- A self-starter mentality—you thrive in start-up environments and love building from the ground up.
