We're partnering with a leading player in the premium beverage industry to recruit a Business Development Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and driving growth across a diverse customer base.

Working across both On-Premise and Off-Premise channels, you'll have the autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for growing sales, strengthening customer partnerships and increasing brand presence across your territory.
You'll spend your time building relationships with venues, retailers and distributors, identifying growth opportunities and delivering commercial outcomes that support both your customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an established sales territory
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Execute sales and promotional initiatives across your customer base
  • Present commercial recommendations and growth opportunities to customers
  • Monitor market activity and identify emerging trends
  • Analyse sales performance and develop action plans to drive results
  • Collaborate with marketing and broader business teams to execute customer strategies
About You
  • Experience in sales, account management or business development
  • FMCG, beverage, hospitality or consumer goods experience highly regarded
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Commercially minded with a passion for driving growth
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
  • Highly organised with strong planning and territory management skills
  • Results-focused with a proactive approach to customer engagement
