We're partnering with a well-known national organisation that has recently undergone a significant merger and rebrand. As they continue to bring two organisations together, they're looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Coordinator to provide hands-on support across a range of exciting brand, marketing and operational projects.

What you'll be doing
Reporting into the Brand team, you'll play a key role in supporting the rollout and ongoing management of the organisation's national brand. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the national merchandise ordering process with external suppliers.
- Raising purchase orders and supporting day-to-day administration.
- Reviewing and improving the online merchandise ordering portal to enhance the user experience.
- Responding to internal brand enquiries, including guidance around logos, brand assets and style guidelines.
- Managing and maintaining the organisation's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring images and assets are correctly named, tagged and organised.
- Assisting with the rebranding of organisation-wide documents and marketing collateral.
- Reviewing existing marketing processes and recommending improvements to support a national operating model.
- Supporting the wider Brand team across a range of marketing and brand initiatives.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Brand Coordinator or similar role.
- Exposure to brand management, brand governance or marketing operations.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office and marketing platforms.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform will be highly regarded.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
