About you
Ideally you have 3+ years experience in Account Management and a good technical understanding of IT products and services. Expertise in the Microsoft stack will be advantageous. You should be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Building trust with key stakeholders and maintaining client relationships will be critical to your success. Having a good track record of reaching KPIs as well as previous MSP experience is desired.
Key skills

- Previous experience working in an MSP environment
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly Microsoft and cloud services
- Ability to collaborate and align strategy, goals and objectives
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Goal driven, able to take initiative as well as work as part of a team
Key qualifications
- Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply
- NSW Drivers licence and own car required
