You won't just be managing an existing portfolio. You'll have the opportunity to identify new opportunities, grow existing accounts and play an important role in the continued growth of the business.

About the Role
Working closely with independent retailers and key clients, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of independent customers and key accounts
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow existing accounts
- Developing new business opportunities
- Working closely with customers to understand their needs and identify commercial opportunities
- Monitoring sales performance and achieving agreed targets
- Providing market and customer insights to the broader business
- Representing the brand professionally in the market
- Taking ownership of your territory and driving results
We're looking for someone who is commercially hungry, proactive and ambitious .
You will ideally have:
- Experience in FMCG, retail, wholesale, field sales or a related environment
- A strong understanding of retail and independent customers
- Proven experience in account management, sales or business development
- A strong commercial mindset with a focus on sales growth
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- The confidence to identify opportunities and turn them into results
- A proactive and hands-on approach
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- The ambition to take the next step in your career
